Who we are
Established in 2020, CM Appraisal Services is a real estate appraisal company serving Franklin, Yakima, and Walla Walla Counties.
Our founder, Chris Plummer, has served as a mass appraiser for Benton County since 2013 and currently serves as Chief Appraiser for the Benton County Assessor’s Office. He has been a Certified Residential Appraiser since 2019.
